In the context of In.Sy.Eme project, Workpackage 3 (WP3) aims at defining an innovative methodology and technology for the architecture and for the programming model of the distributed platform supporting emergency management applications. The guidelines for the architectural and programming model derive from the requirements identified by WP4 on Domain Abstraction and WP2 on Communication Technology. In fact, WP2, WP3 and WP4 have jointly defined a common scientific and technological approach with the goal of deriving the project platform features from the requirements of emergency management applications.
